Ptr Rice Broocks was in town for the Victory @ 25 celebration. He asked for a meeting with the campus ministers and we were invited as well. Ptr Rice started Victory together with Ptr Steve back in 1984. And he was one of the proponents of putting much focus in campus evangelism. Picture inset is his book from 1985
